Osteopathy is a system of assessing, diagnosing, treating and preventing a wide range of health problems. Osteopaths are commonly known for treating back pain and postural problems including changes due to pregnancy, caused by driving or work strain, the pain of arthritis and minor sports injuries.

Sally Prideaux, a GOsC registered osteopath and sport & remedial massage therapist, offers tailored assesments and treatments for your concerns including

  • relief of back pain including sciatica

  • treatment of neck pain and headaches, including whiplash

  • joint and muscle pain

  • reduce the impact from sporting injuries and stress.

 

Sally has extensive experience of a wide variety of patients and injuries and uses a variety of osteopathy, deep tissue and stretching techniques to achieve optimum body structure and function. Sally also uses medical dry needling/acpuncture in addition to treatments when suitable and with consent.  

Treatments are available from the Garden Studio, off Satchell Lane, Hamble Village.

 

Sally's Qualifications:

  • BSc Osteopathy (Hons) from London School of Osteopathy,

  • Level 4 Sports Massage Diploma from Southern School of Massage.

  • Registered with General Council of Osteopathy and

  • Member of the Institute of Osteopathy and British Medical Acupuncture Society.

Sally became a convert to Osteopathy after feeling the benefits for herself after experiencing an injury whilst training for the London Marathon.

 

Sally is an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and qualified as an Osteopath in 2014 from the London School of Osteopathy. Combining her good structural skills and medical knowledge, she uses a variety of techniques from osteopathic manipulations, soft tissue massage and dry needling to provide a tailored treatment to address your particular needs.

Initial 1 hour new patient consultation £55
Follow-up treatments £50 approx 40 minutes.

Sports Massage 1 hour £55
(from 1st October 2022).

Patients are required to provide 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
Your appointment time has been reserved for you and we appreciate have adequate time to reallocation the spot. Late cancellation fee £25.
